Medical Business Partners welcomes Ms. Tamara Maynard to the MedBiz team. Tamara proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy for thirteen years. Tamara completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida (USF). In 2021, she became a Certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In the summer of 2021, Tamara completed her Doctor or Nursing Practice (DNP) in Pediatric Health at USF (Go Bulls!!!).

Tamara is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Richard Maynard founded Medical Business Partners in 1993. As a previous Executive Director for a distinguished health care system, he discovered the growing need to provide MBAAS (Medical Billing As A Service), which has financially benefited and reduced the struggles associated with an in-house Billing/Coding and Revenue Management workflows.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, current certification in BEHP (Business Excellence for Health Professionals) from Cornell University and a current certification as an eClinicalworks Practice Management Consultant/Trainer.
